Adjouma Silk was born from a vision: to create a contemporary house dedicated to exceptional silk, where each creation becomes a gesture of beauty, calm, and care
A vision born of material and detail
Coming from the fashion world, where I worked for several years in Brussels, Antwerp, and Paris, I developed an eye for detail, a deep sensitivity to noble materials, and a constant search for just the right elegance.
This perspective is now at the heart of every Adjouma Silk creation.
Silk became an obvious choice: vibrant, sensorial, naturally beneficial for skin and hair.
Transmission and Shared Ritual
Since the beginning of the project, my daughter has been with me, bringing her sensitivity, her honest perspective, and her curiosity. In her own way, she is already part of this adventure: we test products together, discuss colors, materials, and details, and I pay close attention to her feelings, as well as those of girls her age.
This connection naturally echoes one of the foundations of Adjouma Silk: transmission, gentleness, and shared rituals.
Artisanal craftsmanship and assembly
At Adjouma Silk, we exclusively select 22 momme mulberry silk, GOTS and OEKO-TEX® certified, meeting the most demanding international standards in terms of quality and safety.
Each creation is carefully assembled in Luxembourg. Our handcrafted pouches are woven and sewn in Senegal, respecting traditional know-how, excellent craftsmanship and artisanal transmission.
