We currently ship from Luxembourg to Europe and internationally.

Estimated Delivery Times

Luxembourg: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Europe: 2 to 5 business days
International: depending on the destination

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

Delivery Fees

Luxembourg: free delivery
Europe: free delivery on purchases over 200 €
International: automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Customs duties or import taxes outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Drops, Availability & Pre-orders
Adjouma Silk creations are offered in limited editions through exclusive drops.
Members of La Liste du Rituel receive priority access to launches.
Certain special editions or selected collections may occasionally be offered for pre-order. When applicable, the estimated shipping date is clearly indicated on the product page.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:

Be new, unworn, and unused
Be returned in their original packaging
Contain all their original tags intact
Be in perfect resale condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer arranges return shipping with their chosen carrier.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized products
Gift cards
Worn, washed, or used items
Opened or incomplete products
